As a first time homeowner, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Kenneth Chow and Peter Arnould to place my condo for rent. First class in every aspect, extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. Ken and Peter handled every detail in providing me a great selection of tenants to choose from and made the process a breeze. Highly recommended if you're looking for some expert help in getting your home rented!

Finding a new home with Kenneth Chow was a pleasant experience for us. That was the first time we went through the process of viewing a property and signing the documents remotely - we rented a condo in Burnaby, BC, while we were in Toronto, ON. Ken was responsive and informative throughout the process. He gave us a detailed FaceTime virtual tour of the condo and promptly answered our questions even although it was a weekend. I can recommend him to anybody who is looking for a new home.

I have dealt with Ken Chow since 2014, as an owner. He has found me tenants that are reliable and dependable. He dealt well with any issues that arose. His responses are very speedy. He is also empathetic towards the tenants' needs. I highly recommend Ken to owners AND to tenants. He goes above and beyond his duty.
